Agents -- good v. bad

Who do you use as an agent? Do they get you work? WHat do they require?

I personally have worked with Famous Faces, Boca Models and ATS Modeling. I signed up with the first two years ago. I recently re-upped with Boca Models but haven't heard from them. Famous Faces called me out of the blue and gave me a direct booking on an infomercial. ATS gave me an audition and a paparazzi gig so far. Otherwise, I get all my work myself.
